Position: Meat Butcher
Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Meat Butcher to join our team at New Era Supermarket in Dubai. The ideal candidate should be skilled in handling one or more of the following: Meat, Fish, or Pork. Key responsibilities include:
- Sharpening and adjusting cutting equipment.
- Receiving, inspecting, and storing meat upon delivery.
- Cutting, boning, or grinding meat as required.
- Weighing, wrapping, and displaying cuts of meat for customers.
- Preparing meats according to specifications or customer orders.
- Properly storing meats in refrigerators or freezers to maintain required temperatures.
- Keeping inventory of meat sales and managing meat supplies.
- Cleaning equipment and work areas to uphold health and sanitation standards.
Job Type: Full-time, Contract
Salary: AED 1,800.00 - AED 2,500.00 per month
Experience: Minimum 2 years of butchering experience required
Location: Dubai (Required)
Language: English (Required)
